I'd consider today a success!
B: McDonald's Hazelnut Coffee & Sausage Egg McMuffin
L: 3 pieces of Corn Tortilla, Rotisserie Chicken, Cucumber
D: Steak, Brussels Sprouts, Mashed Potatoes & Mushroom Gravy
It's hard and I'm still hungry but I've been trying my best throughout the day to portion control. I've only used the smaller plates and limit myself to as little carbohydrates as possible. This is coming from the self proclaimed "rice girl who cannot live a day without having rice".
But at the end of the day, I understand that this is a process and I consider day one a success even though I think my portions are still a bit too big and I should have prepared myself breakfast or at least should have gone with a healthier option.
Here's to one day and the rest of my life to go.
